This page describes the development process for external contributors. The process is designed for an easy integration of the external modules with the core of SocrateOpen.

The main steps are:

1. Set up Eclipse IDE
2. Checkout, run, build SocrateOpen
3. Create your project(s)
4. Import/commit your projects in SocrateOpen SVN repository
5. Maintain your project versions
